Rancho de la Fuente is happy to announce that we are now offering all-inclusive site package for up to 300 people. This includes complete use of the Victorian home with yard (excluding swimming pool), five-thousand square-foot cattle barn, commercial kitchen, pond with pond area, 105-car parking lot, and three cottages for various uses. This package also includes sleeping accommodations for 16 people with a continental breakfast in the morning. Our cream color linen table cloths, burgundy napkins, flatware, and glassware are included in this price. Total price of this package: $9,500. A non-refundable deposit of $1,500 must be paid by credit card or check, and a signed contract are required to reserve Rancho de la Fuente. Two months prior to the events date, a non-refundable fifty percent payment of the total balance is due. One week prior to the the event a non-refundable final payment for the remaining balance is due.

Wedding Packages Rancho de la Fuente offers a beautiful and unique setting for special events, wedding ceremonies and receptions, business luncheons, dinners, meetings, retreats, seminars, and family reunions. We are located minutes from downtown Lakeport, Konocti Vista Casino, Konocti Harbor and Resort, and beautiful Clear Lake. Our newly renovated 5,000 – square-foot indoor cattle barn is suitable for elegant weddings or events of up to 300 guests for a sit down dinner. There is a commercial kitchen located adjacent to the barn where all your meals can be catered and served to your guests. Package #1: Use of barn decorated with small white lights, use of portable bar and commercial kitchen for up to 150 guests. This includes set-up, and breakdown or 150 chairs, twenty 5′ round tables, and six rectangular 6′ tables, dressed with cream colored tablecloths and burgundy napkins. Package includes post-event janitorial services, all stereo system, cordless microphone and two parking attendants. Parking is available for up to 105 cars. $5,700. Package #1 Option: China, Glassware & Flatware +$1,000, includes: table set-up and post dishwashing. Package #2: Use of barn with portable bar and commercial kitchen for 151-300 guests. This includes the same amenities as Package #1 except for mandatory security guard fee of $6,500.

At Rancho de la Fuente we allow our clients to express their personalities and creativity for every occasion. Weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries, holidays and much more can be held throughout our 42-acre location. The sky is the limit at Rancho de la Fuente.
