EVENTS FACILITY

Barn: $3,500 room charge w/$1,500 security deposit (50-300 people).

Janitorial: $150 per janitor.

Security: $200 per security guard.

Audio/Visual: $250 basic set-up.

Chairs & Tables: $500 set-up/breakdown.

OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS

Victorian House: $155 per night, Monday thru Sunday (double occupancy, breakfast included).

We have three cottages: (1) Rock n Roll Room, with two queen beds $225 per night; (2) Pool House with two queen beds $ 225 per night; (3) Cottage with one full bed $175 per night. Breakfast included with the cottages.

Bunk House: $1,500 room charge – 15 people (meals not included).

Bunk House w/ Kitchen Access: $2,500 (price adjusted according to meals cooked).

Agricultural Homestay: $115 per person/per night – includes breakfast, lunch & dinner
